Artist Statement
Claire Fried in China 2019
Claire is an Artist/Curator working in Suffolk UK, currently a student at Royal Drawing School for the Online Drawing Development Year 2025.
Claire is experimenting in different media including printmaking and sculpture. Through these mediums, Claire is storytelling and expressing ideas and feelings. She hopes to inspire others with this process. Life drawing enables her to develop a language of mark-making for expressing ideas.
Recently she has loved working with Clare Harward NEAC online exploring Colour and Light in still life oil painting.
